Rooms and Rates

	Family Room We can offer an en-suite family room, with a double bed with feather mattress topper and a single bed. Equipped with Digital Television, tea/coffee making facilities, Hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.
	Twin Room We also have an en-suite twin room consisting of twin beds with feather mattress toppers, digital colour television, hairdryer, tea/coffee making facilities and complimentary toiletries. Twin beds can be made in to a double if requested at time of booking.
	Single Room Our newly re-furbished single room offers comfortable en-suite accommodation with single bed with feather mattress topper and LCD freeview TV.

We can offer free internet access to our guests and an iron and ironing board is also available for guest use (Ironing can also be provided!)

TARIFF

For 2012 our rates are:

• Double or Twin Room (Per room, 2 people B&B), from £60
• Family Room (Per room, three people, B&B), from £70
• Single Room, from £30

10% Discount is available for bookings of 2 nights or more.

Breakfast

Guests are invited to choose from an extensive menu for their breakfast, either a full cooked breakfast or a lighter alternative is available.

Breakfast is served in the guest dining room at the front of the house.

A full English breakfast is available, or you may prefer a lighter option.
Breakfast is served from 7am - 10am.  (Breakfast times may be subject to change, guests will be notified of times available when booking)

Dining Facilities

The dining room is also available for guests in the evening.  A microwave is available in the dining room for guests who would like to eat their own evening meals.  We are happy to provide plates etc.
The local Spar shop (6am -10pm) sells a wide range of foods.
